Business Fredericton North Inc., represents the central business district in Fredericton North which encompasses a 2.3-kilometer commercial strip which is the core business improvement area consisting of 180 plus businesses. The primary funding for the association comes from a special BIA Levy which is paid by the commercial property owners located in this area.
In addition to the core BIA, Business Fredericton North Inc. represents the interests of associate business members in Fredericton North outside the BIA boundaries. Associate business members are able to share in benefits which the existing BIA members enjoy such as advocacy, networking and education.
